POK is perplexed by all the recent happenings and decides to go to Thailand for a relaxing holiday. To prevent any kind of hassle, he has left his cellphone off all through the trip. It is not until his return to Hong Kong that he comes to know that CHU has been sent to hospital for an urgent operation following an acute heart attack. After some serious consideration, POK gives LAI a call in the middle of the night asking her out for a word. POK decides to break up with LAI, leaving her completely lost and devastated. With no one else to turn to, LAI has no choice but to ring HANG up for help and comfort… CHI pays CHU a visit, during which YIN reveals that POK has already broken up with LAI. This piece of news comes as a really nice surprise to the ladies……
