FAI, a young technician trainee who loves bullying young kids and fooling around, learns kung-fu from his grand-father who is a traditional Chinese doctor. One day, FAI
bumped into his cousin SHING in a cafe who is threatened by the rogues for money. To rescue SHING, FAI marches ostentatiously into the cafe and with just a roll of newspaper underneath his arm, he scares the rogues away and makes a narrow escape home.
TUNG, his neighbour, a factory worker has adored FAI ever since her childhood. She is the daughter of a gambler, YAU.
That night, TUNG finds that her father has taken home his old friend, KEUNG, who happens to be a patient escaping from a mental hospital. This makes TUNG very uneasy.
