Kenny is afraid of water, so his initiation treatment is to bob for fish guts and his personal procedure is to jump off the diving board on a raft. Jason isn't really much of a tough guy, so his initiation treatment is to shave his head and pierce his lip and his personal procedure is for him and his bully to hit each other in the nuts with a sledgehammer. The group therapy is for them to have ribbons stapled onto their arms.
