Speed Racer - Season 1 Episode 24 The Royal Racer (1)
7.40 30 minutes This episode starts with Speed and Pops putting the finishing touches on a mini racer which the Kingdom of Sakkarin asked Pops to build for the Baby Grand Prix. The race will be held in celebration of the coronation of Prince Jam. Spritle wants to race in the Baby Grand Prix. He can't because the race is for 8 to 13 year olds, and he's only 7 years, 11 months, 23 days and 8 hours. To make matters worse, there won't be enough room to take him on the trip.
This time, Speed flies on a 727 with some very large portholes. On the drive through Sakkarin, one of the suitcases falls off the trailer. Inside are Spritle and Chim Chim. Their first encounter is with a snake charmer's cobra.
