The June Fourth Incident breaks out and it shocks all the people in Hong Kong. Tze Him loses his confidence in Hong Kong. Thus, he believes that Wah Kee should move its base to other country. Pak Tong objects to this proposal. On the other hand, he urges Chung Shun to earmark a larger sum of money for investment in order to pacify and stabilize the panic-stricken employees.
