minutes Hyewon passes out at her engagement ceremony and Jeongjae becomes very concerned. Minwoo finds out from Jangmi that Hyewon has had a heart transplant. Minwoo rushes to Hyewon's side at the hospital. Meanwhile, Hyewon is in a coma when she dreams about a strange man calling out for her. Minwoo looks on as Hyewon is comforted by the mysterious voice. He leaves behind a picture he drew of Hyewon. When Hyewon wakes up, she finds Jeongjae watching her anxiously.
